Darrell Pepple serves as President and Chief Compliance Officer of Wolf Financial Management LLC, where he directs and manages all investment-related aspects of the investment services area. Darrell is a Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS) and financial services professional with over 25 years of experience in the delivery of investment services. This includes investment management and advisory services for individuals and closely held businesses.

Darrell joined Wolf Financial Management in 1999 working as a Financial Advisor at Charter Bank, where he managed and created their investment function, offering investment and insurance services to clients of the bank. Previously, he also founded and was President of Winthrop Financial Advisory Services, a Registered Investment Advisor that assisted financial institutions and CPA firms in expanding their service capabilities to include investment activities. He established investment centers in six banks.

Darrell is a licensed practitioner, holding FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, and 65, as well as an insurance agent and investment advisor. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign; and his Master in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.

Roy Cook serves as Vice President of Wolf Financial Management.  He has over 15 years of investment experience and is responsible for managing portfolios for individuals, institutions, foundations and endowments.  He has extensive experience in developing wealth management solutions for complex wealth planning for High Net Worth clients and family office structures.  This includes suitable asset allocation development, portfolio management, portfolio construction, security selection and customized wealth planning advice.

Roy holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.  He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.  Roy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Elmhurst College.

Roy is also a recipient of the 5 Star Wealth Manager award.

Steve has over twenty years of financial planning and investment experience.Prior to joining the firm, he spent the past seven years working with clients as a sole proprietor, partner and most recently, owner of his own company. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies designed to give clients a high probability of achieving their goals.

Steve is a Certified Financial Planner and carries his Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association.Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois. He is also a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Plainfield Riverfront Foundation and Co-Founder/President of the Plainfield Running Club.

Kyle Dodson is the Vice President and Operations Supervisor for Wolf Financial Management.  He has over 15 years of experience.  Before joining Wolf Financial Management, he was a manager with PMG Securities Corporation and Banc One Securities Corporation.  He specializes in Brokerage and Investment Advisory Operations.  Kyle received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Illinois University.

Rene is a Client Service Representative with Wolf Financial Management.  She has more than 20 years of experience and has previous experience as a manager with a major brokerage firm.  Rene specializes in client service and support.

Tunia joined Wolf Financial Management in 2002 and has over 15 years of experience as a financial advisor. In addition to her role as vice president, she is also an active member of the Wolf Financial Management Investment Committee. Prior to joining Wolf Financial Management, Tunia was an investment advisor with major international banks and securities firms.

Tunia manages a client base comprised of professional service, manufacturing, construction, retail, wholesale, and distribution entities. Her areas of expertise include portfolio management and retirement planning. She is also responsible for the fiduciary duties associated with implementing and maintaining retirement plans.

Tunia holds securities licenses Series 7, 24, 63, 65, Life and Health Insurance license and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF ®).

Tunia is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and Profit Sharing Council of America. She has made presentations on a wide variety of topics including best practices for plan sponsors, identifying retirement plan fees and creating investment policy statements. She has also authored several articles on various employee retirement plan topics.

John serves as Vice President of the Retirement Plan Services Third Party Administration Team. He has more than 15 years of experience working in the retirement plan industry. Prior to joining Wolf Financial Management in 2011, he was a Regional Vice President for three major retirement plan providers.

His areas of expertise include working with small and midsized companies on all aspects of their retirement plan needs while delivering superior service to existing clients. He acts as a resource to Wolf Financial Group employees with issues relating to all areas of employee benefits.

He is responsible for assisting new clients through the plan design process to ensure that they have a retirement plan in place that suits their specific needs. He has made presentations on a wide variety of topics with regard to retirement plan design and compliance.

Johns holds his Series 6, 63 and Life Insurance licenses.

John is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and Profit Sharing Council of America, and the National Institute of Pension Administrators.

Angela is a retirement plan administrator with eight years of experience. She oversees and coordinates the retirement plan administration team.  She provides consulting and administration services for employer sponsored Defined Contribution Plans.  Those services include Plan Document preparation, annual compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation for Defined Contribution and Welfare Plans, participant statements, contribution, distribution, and loan processing, and Plan termination services.

In December 2007, Angela completed the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).
