Gregory A. Lafin, Managing Director of Wolf Capital LLC, has been serving small to mid sized businesses for more than twenty years. He has extensive experience in providing investment banking services, including seller services, acquisition searches, due diligence, financial structuring and modeling, and profit improvement advisory. As the founder and Principal of the Gregory Financial Group LLC, Greg led a full service business brokerage and consultancy firm specializing in transaction values between 500 thousand and 50 million dollars.
Greg received a B.A. in Accountancy from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Business. He is a Licensed Illinois Independent Business Broker and an affiliate member of the Illinois CPA Society. Greg also serves as Treasurer for the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries Association (MBBI).
