Certified Valuation Analyst
Wolf & Company is seeking a Certified Valuation Analyst to support the firm’s valuation practice with valuations for such purposes as estate planning, mergers & acquisitions obtaining financing, partner and shareholder disputes, buy/sell agreements and other purposes. This position will be responsible for performing valuations and presenting business valuation concepts to the firm’s partners, professional staff and clients. Additionally, this position may be required to provide expert testimony or support law firms in the litigation process.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in demonstrating technical proficiency, as well as strong communication skills. A CPA and CVA or ASA are required, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in performing business valuations.

Senior Tax Accountant
Wolf & Company has current openings for experienced tax accountants. Senior tax accountants work closely with Tax Managers and Partners to help implement client tax plans and strategies, and prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting or taxation, a minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or private industry, excellent communication and analytical skills, strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

All Wolf Financial Group companies have ongoing needs for entry-level professional staff. Wolf & Company has a formal college recruiting program for full-time audit and tax accountants, as well as interns, and visits certain college campuses each year. When we have specific career openings, we will also consider candidates from colleges and universities not on our recruiting schedule.

Through participation in our paid internship programs, college students gain valuable experience that will complement their academic learning and provide a stepping-stone for a smooth transition to work upon graduation.
Our internship program is designed to complement a student’s academic background with practical experience and provide early exposure to the professional services industry. Interns serve as members of one or more client engagement teams. With guidance from and access to experienced members of our engagement teams, interns will carry out a variety of client service assignments using our state-of-the-art tools and technology. They will receive performance feedback and developmental guidance along the way. Participants in the Wolf & Company internship program gain perspective that goes beyond classroom theory and learn first hand about public accounting.
