Wolf & Company LLP has developed a team of professionals that is experienced in providing audit and tax services, as well as other business advisory services, to banks, thrifts and other depositary institutions. We also have extensive experience in serving other financial institutions such as trust companies, mortgage companies, investment services companies, broker-dealers and insurance agencies. Our banking team includes ten professionals, of which four are partners, with a variety of experience and skills.
Over the years, Wolf & Company partners have worked with a large number of banking institutions. These organizations are primarily community banks with a strong focus on the consumer and small business market. Therefore, we understand and are experienced in dealing with the wide variety of retail banking services and products, including consumer loans such as mortgage and automobile financing.
In addition to Wolf & Company’s resident experience in providing audit, tax and consulting services for community banks, we are able to avail ourselves of extensive expertise within the member firms of PKF North American Network. An association of independently owned CPA firms, PKF North American Network firms share client service, technical and educational resources in a wide variety of industries and service areas. PKF firms maintain close ties with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the FDIC, the Federal Reserve Bank and the Office of Thrift Supervision; and they are actively involved in educating banks and thrifts on accounting and regulatory issues.
